    I had a really great time with Bojan and Maja on the Carlisle training course. Maja began the course with a greatly informative presentation on microblading, covering all the questions I had wanted to ask without me having to. She was so thorough and detailed and made it easy to learn. I found practicing on the fake skins to be challenging at first but the support from both lovely trainers was so great that by the end of the day I felt a lot more confident. Bojan was fantastic at carrying out the live microblading on day 2 and explained each step of the process in great detail. When it came to me microblading my model he made us both feel at ease and the whole process was really educational and insightful with lots of laughs! For anyone wondering if this course if for them, if you learn fast and are willing to put in the practice then it definitely is. This method is perfect for customers which want to get rid of the effects of aging on their skin but are afraid of pain and high costs. There is no heavy healing time required after the treatment. There are no stitches, heavy swelling or similar side effects so the client can continue with normal activities right after the treatment.
    2WHO CAN TAKE THE COURSE?
    Since insurers in different countries require different standards we would suggest you check the requirements of your council. Many insurers require and expect practitioners to be NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Everyone successfully trained and certified by the Elite Academy, using our Plasma Pen, can get insured and provide the plasma treatment.
    3WHY PLASMA TREATMENT?

    4IS THE PROCEDURE PAINFUL?
    We often get asked if the treatment is painful. In general, this treatment is designed to be painless. In the end, it depends on the client as anxiety or fear of the procedure may make the client feel some discomfort. Of course, the specialist can use a numbing cream to ease the client and numb the area where Plasma treatment will be done on..
    5MAY WE USE MAKE-UP AFTER THE TREATMENT?
    We disrecommend using make-up up to 7 days since it’s not sterile. First 5-6 days after the treatment use the antiseptic product and the aftercare cream, applying it softly to the treated area. When the crusts fall off, you may apply some makeup if necessary, as the cream the therapist gives you contains skin powder which covers the crusts and the blush.
    6ARE THE RESULTS VISIBLE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TREATMENT?
    The first results are visible immediately after the treatment. We have to inform the client and wait 3-4 weeks for the maximum results will be visible. After 3–4 weeks the skin enters the third phase of the healing – collagen and connective tissue growth.
    7HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE PERFECT RESULT?
    It depends on the state of the clients’ skin and the desired degree of correction. The client is often satisfied after only one treatment. In case the correction is needed, we may repeat the procedure after the skin is fully regenerated, so 6–8 weeks. Generally, 2 sessions are required.
