First-day theory, second-day practice on live models!

  • Day 1 / Theory part:
    9:00 am – 17:00 pm

    Theory part: Structure of the skin, skin diseases, hygiene, products, pigment mixing, eyebrow symmetry calculation, shaping eyebrows, colour theory etc. Video presentation of the procedure from start to finish – step by step analysis of good and bad examples of practice. The basics of drawing the shape of the eyebrow – golden ratio and how to get the basic points for the shape and measure symmetry. Exercise on artificial skin: Drawing a perfect shape with a golden ratio compass and right hair sequence and depth of pigment injection.

  • Day 2 / Practical part:
    9:00 am – 17:00 pm

    • Presentation on a live model carried out and explained in detail by an Elite master trainer. Practising on the artificial skin (latex) and then working on live models. Course conclusion event Granting of certificates of attendance.

Maja began the course with a greatly informative presentation on microblading, covering all the questions I had wanted to ask without me having to. She was so thorough and detailed and made it easy to learn. I found practicing on the fake skins to be challenging at first but the support from both lovely trainers was so great that by the end of the day I felt a lot more confident. Bojan was fantastic at carrying out the live microblading on day 2 and explained each step of the process in great detail.     1WHAT IS MICROBLADING?
    Microblading is a new and the hottest updated of semi-permanent make-up. With this method, we create fullness and shape of the eyebrows by applying pigment in the upper layers of the skin. The persistence of the pigment depends on the client’s skin type, their way of life and lasts for up to three years (with corrections). If the pigment is not re-applied, then it fades and leaves the skin without any negative consequences.
    2WHO CAN TAKE THE COURSE?
    There is no prior experience needed so the course can take anyone with the desire to learn something new and is motivated to do a lot of practice.
    3HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
    For the first Microblading session, the entire procedure should take about 2.5-3 hours. During this session, the brow technician will shape and style the client’s brows for client approval. We then follow with pigment color selection. Once the client is satisfied with the choices, we begin the procedure. The second Microblading session (Top-up session) takes place after 4-6 weeks after the initial session. This session will take approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete.
    4DO I NEED TO BUY A DEVICE FOR THIS TECHNIQUE?
    No, you don’t. Microblading is a manual technique where we use disposable or autoclave tool with a disposable needle. Beginners training already comes with a professional kit.
    5DO I NEED A TATTOO-LICENCE?
    Before attending our course you must ask your local authority whether you need any work permits to work as a Microblading Artist. For example, in the UK, you must acquire a Piercing and Tattoo license from your local authority. We suggest our students research the specific rules that are required by your country on how you must do your treatments and possible specific requirements for your treatment room. Each local authority differs throughout the world and we cannot guide you on your local authority other than to refer you to their website.
    6IS THE PROCEDURE PAINFUL?
    We often get asked if the treatment is painful, the experience, in the end, depends on the client. Those who are scared tend to feel more pain, whiles others compare it to plucking their eyebrows. Of course, the specialist can use special numbing creams to ease the procedure and numb the area of skin where the treatment will take place.
    7HOW IS THE PROCEDURE DONE?
    The microblading artist applies the pigment manually into the surface of one of the upper layers of the skin. The pigment is chosen according to the natural color of the client’s eyebrows and hair. The artist can also mix a special shade if it is required. The pigment will at first appear much darker but can fade up to 40% within a month after the treatment. The tools used are sterile, disposable and used brand new for each client. Corrections are usually recommended to be done a month after the procedure, as some strokes may get lost during the skin healing time. It is also recommended to the client to use special aftercare creams to avoid healing problems and to take care of the skin under the eyebrows.
